Shipping Policy
Nutrition Market orders are packed and dispatched through our Australian distribution partner, Vitally, and shipped by courier or postal partners.
We aim to dispatch orders placed before 2pm AEST/AEDT on business days the same day. Dispatch timing may vary during supplier, courier, public holiday, or high-volume periods.
Shipping Rates
- Free shipping on all orders over $199 Australia-wide
- Flat rate shipping of $9.95 for orders under $199
- Express shipping available at checkout for an additional fee
Processing Times
Orders placed before 2pm AEST on business days (Monday to Friday) are dispatched the same day. Orders placed after 2pm or on weekends and public holidays will be dispatched the next business day.
Delivery Timeframes
- Metro areas (Sydney, Melbourne, Brisbane, Perth, Adelaide): 2-4 business days
- Regional areas: 4-7 business days
- Remote areas: 7-10 business days
Tracking Your Order
