Returns & Refunds Policy
We want you to be satisfied with your Nutrition Market purchase and will help with eligible returns, refunds, damaged items, and incorrect items.
30-Day Returns
You may return unopened, unused products within 30 days of receiving your order for a full refund. Items must be in their original packaging and in resalable condition.
How to Return
- Email [email protected] or call (02) 3815 8889 with your order number, the product name, and the reason for return
- Wait for return authorisation before sending anything back
- We will provide the correct return instructions. Returns may be directed through our Australian distribution partner, Vitally, depending on the order and product
- Ship authorised return item(s) using a trackable shipping method
- Once the authorised return is received and inspected, we will process the eligible refund
Refund Processing
Refunds are processed within 5-7 business days of receiving the returned item. The refund will be issued to the original payment method. Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error on our part.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, email [email protected] within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and photos of the issue. Where the issue is confirmed, we will arrange the appropriate replacement, refund, or return instructions at no additional cost to you.
