30-Day Returns
You may return unopened, unused products within 30 days of receiving your order for a full refund. Items must be in their original packaging and in resalable condition.
How to Return
- Contact our team at Contact Us with your order number and reason for return
- We will provide you with a return authorisation and shipping instructions
- Ship the item(s) back to us using a trackable shipping method
- Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will process your refund
Refund Processing
Refunds are processed within 5-7 business days of receiving the returned item. The refund will be issued to the original payment method. Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error on our part.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no additional cost to you, including return shipping.
