Directions

IBS is a tricky beast. I’ve had it for years and it rears its ugly head occasionally. It’s not easy to tame but I’ve often reached for Iberogast (along with some lifestyle changes) at the first signs that it’s paying me an unwelcome visit. It has helped by either nipping symptoms in the bud or dampening some of its effects. A gastroenterologist introduced me to Iberogast some time ago and I’m glad he did.
