Melrose

Melrose is an Australian health brand that has been on a journey of wellness for over 40 years. Founded in 1979 by Australian pharmacologist and chemist Geoff Steinicke, Melrose has grown from a small home office to become one of Australia's most trusted and respected health brands.

In the early years, Melrose distributed various health and personal care brands in Victoria, before moving into manufacturing in a 300sq m factory in Box Hill in 1983. The brand quickly made a name for itself in the industry by importing and bottling Australia's first organic flaxseed oil in 1984.

Over the years, Melrose continued to innovate and expand their range of products, becoming the first to introduce MCT oil into the Australian market in 1995, and launching their famous Organic Essential Greens range in 1996. In 1998, Melrose moved into a 2,400 sq m purpose-built manufacturing facility in Mitcham, and began exporting to Bahrain and Hong Kong.

In 2010, after many years of hard work and dedication, Steinicke sold Melrose to an Australian family who shared his vision of providing high-quality, organic products to the world. Today, Melrose has over 100 employees, and continues to manufacture their products in Melbourne, proudly remaining Australian owned.

Melrose's commitment to wellness is evident in everything they do, from their range of MCTs, super blends, omegas, and vitamin C supplements, to their skincare and personal care products. The brand is dedicated to using natural and organic ingredients, and ensuring that their products are free from harsh chemicals and synthetic fragrances.

In recent years, Melrose has expanded their reach into international markets, beginning a partnership with ABM in 2017 and launching into China. The brand also officially launched in Japan in 2019 and 2020.
