Return & Refund Policy for NutritionMarket


1. Request Timeline

Should you find the need to ask for a refund or a product exchange, kindly forward your request within 7 days upon receipt of your order. Unfortunately, any requests made beyond this period won’t be entertained.


2. Temperature-Sensitive Items

We prioritise the quality and condition of our products. For this reason, we cannot accommodate returns of temperature-sensitive items due to a change of mind.


3. Eligibility for Refund or Replacement

You may qualify for a refund or product exchange if:

  • The product you receive is malfunctioning. However, variations in taste or look do not necessarily mean the product is defective.
  • The product you receive got damaged during shipping (subject to our verification).
  • The product delivered differs from what you ordered.
  • You mistakenly ordered an unwanted item or had a change of heart.

4. Terms for Acceptable Returns

Once a return or refund is greenlit:

  • The original product, if asked to be sent back, should reach us within 7 days of the approval, and it must be in a condition fit for resale. Products that sustain damages while being returned due to poor packaging are not eligible for refunds or replacements.
  • Reimbursements or replacements will be initiated once we’ve received and inspected the original product (if returned). Refunds will be made using the original payment method.
  • Returns should be prominently labelled with your name and order number. A prepaid return address will be furnished, but only upon return approval.
  • Kindly note, for returns owing to personal preferences, a deduction of $10 will be made from your refund to offset the delivery cost.

5. Exclusions from Refunds or Replacements

Refunds or replacements will be declined if:

  • The product has been opened or used.
  • Returned products are damaged during the return transit.
  • Issues with product efficacy, including taste, appearance, or texture.
  • Delays in delivery due to external factors.
  • Delivery errors stemming from incorrect information provided.
  • Parcels left per your approval without a signature get misplaced.
  • Temperature-sensitive products experience unwanted conditions post-delivery.
  • Products have stickers or other price tags attached.

6. International Orders

  • We regret that we cannot accommodate returns, credits, or refunds for international orders.
  • Should your parcel be lost during transit or upon delivery, refunds are not an option.
  • International orders are placed at your discretion. Ensure you’re familiar with the customs regulations of your country. Any associated taxes or duties are the buyer’s responsibility. Non-payment can result in the parcel being returned to NutritionMarket, and under no circumstances can it be returned in exchange for credits or refunds.
