Organically Grown Lemon Myrtle, Organic Red Rose Petals, Organic Lemongrass, Organic Pink Rose Petals, Organically Grown Native Lemongrass.Lemon Myrtle is harvested by small farmers in Northern New South Wales.Native Lemongrass is wild-harvested by the Nyul Nyul community in the Dampier Peninsula region of Western Australia and South Australia.

Dosage

In a teapot or infuser, add 1 heaped teaspoon to 500ml of boiling water. Steep for 10-15 minutes. Enjoy hot or leave to chill to drink as a refreshing iced tea.Iced Tea: Steep 3 tsp of loose-leaf tea in 1 litre of boiling water for 10 minutes. Place in the fridge to cool or pour over ice. Store for up to 3 days in the fridge.
