Ingredients: Sodium Cocoate (Coconut Oil), Sodium Olivate (Olive Oil) Sodium Sunflowerate (Sunflower Oil), Cocoa Butter, Tasmanian Water, Arnica, Hypericum, Calendula, Chamomile, Menthol Essential Oil, Camphor Essential Oil, Wintergreen Essential Oil, Eucalyptus Essential Oil, Peppermint Essential Oil.

Dosage

BODY WASH: Work the soap into a nice lather and apply it to your body. Gently massage onto your skin in a circular motion or apply with a washcloth. To maximise the cooling effect, turn off the water and leave the lather on the skin for 30 seconds to 1 minute then rinse.FOOT WASH: After walking, running, hiking or simply standing, cool and refresh with a Sporty Bar foot bath. Submerge your feet in water – temperature of your choice, allowing them to soak for a few minutes. Take your feet out and lather them thoroughly with Sporty Bar. Leave the lather on your feet for 30 seconds to 1 minute then place back in the foot bath and relax. You can repeat lathering to enhance the cooling sensation. Note: Allow soap to dry after use to maximise the life of your Sporty Bar
